J. Colt Sweeten D.D.S.
Dr. Sweeten is an Idaho native. Both he and his wife grew up in small towns and love the small town feel of Ontario, and the surrounding communities of Oregon and Idaho. He loves being outdoors and learning about new places to see and visit in this beautiful area. He and his wife have lots of family nearby and enjoy spending time with them.
Dr. Sweeten attended dental school in Omaha, NE at Creighton University. There he gained a solid education in the fundamentals of modern dentistry. He strongly believes in staying informed about the latest techniques and procedures. Currently he is enrolled in the John Kois Curriculum which is one of the country’s leading institutions of advanced post-graduate dental training. Dr. Sweeten loves technology and the advances it can bring to improve the patient experience and outcomes. He works hard to incorporate these advances into the practice as they become available. He looks forward to the opportunity to get to know you and help provide the care you desire, whether that’s a more beautiful smile or a healthier mouth.
Dr. Sweeten loves people. He loves meeting and getting to know his patients and their friends and family, and being involved in the community. He believes that doing so allows him to better discover and provide for their needs. When he’s not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, coaching t-ball, hunting, exploring the outdoors, and sporting events.
